13Hill is an expression of tea and dessert with modern Asian heritage, creating unforgettable afternoon tea experiences unlike any other. 13Hill is founded by Singaporean Taiwanese husband and wife team Yen & Katia. 

13Hill is named in memory of Yen's maternal grandmother, a family matriarch who emigrated from Fujian China to colonial era Singapore, and became a successful entrepreneur after enduring hardships and setbacks of the Japanese occupation. One Tree Hill in Orchard Road is where Yen's grandmother Mdm. Lee bought her first home in Singapore.
